Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with nonprofit fundraising focus.
• Five+ years in institutional fundraising, foundation relations, or grant development.
• Proven success building proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
• Experience supervising staff and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead institutional giving strategy and revenue growth for foundation funding.
• Direct foundation relationships, qualification, portfolio management, and cultivation.
• Oversee proposal development, reporting, and grant management calendar.
• Coach Grants team and partner with leaders across departments.
