Job summary

SelectQuote Insurance Services seeks an executive leader to drive enterprise operations across our Senior Medicare, Final Expense Life Insurance, and Healthcare Services units. The EVP will partner with sales to optimize analytics, deployment, and compensation while ensuring end-to-end post-sale support and carrier operations.

This role demands an operationally battle-tested leader with Medicare domain mastery.

Qualifications

• Extensive Medicare and senior health insurance industry knowledge.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership in large-scale ops.
• Experience with CMS regulatory environments and AEP/OEP cycles.
• Proven ability to lead 400+ associates across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics and central performance intelligence.
• Drive annual revenue forecasting and real-time performance reporting across all distribution lines.
• Oversee workforce planning and sales compensation design and execution.
• Manage post-sale support operations and P&L for senior and Medicare units.
• Collaborate withSales Finance Compliance Marketing Legal and Technology to align initiatives.
