San Diego Wellness Collaborative is seeking a full-time VP of Corporate Operations to oversee operations across all initiatives and departments, working with the CEO, COO and CFO. In coordination with executive leadership, you will execute operational strategy, governance, and organizational development to support SDWC's mission.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of operations, finance, HR, or systems leadership experience.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and operational systems.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational infrastructure, processes and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Human Resources design and workforce strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee compensation strategy, benchmarking, and internal equity.
• Lead performance management systems and learning & development initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and compliance-related processes.
• Establish and maintain strong financial policies, controls, and reporting.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Develop scalable operational systems to support growth and cross-initiative collaboration.
• Support governance, board materials, and audit readiness.
• Lead enterprise risk management and compliance programs.
