TransMedics, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the Clinical Command Center and drive end-to-end clinical operations for time-critical organ transplantation. The role oversees the regional NOP clinical services, field workforce, and deployment of clinical specialists, ensuring 24/7/365 case coverage across the U.S.

and beyond. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in clinical leadership within medical devices or organ perfusion, with experience in transplant ecosystems and strong FDA/regulatory

Qualifications

• Active or prior clinical licensure or certification (MD, perfusionist, critical care RN, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in clinical services or clinical support, with 5+ years at director level or above.
• Direct experience in transplant, organ procurement, perfusion, or OPO operations, with knowledge of OPTN/UNOS policies.

Responsabilités

• Set multi-year strategy and operating model for Clinical Services and the Clinical Command Center.
• Lead command center operations: case intake, triage, dispatch, device readiness, escalation.
• Oversee clinical quality, safety, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
