This executive role requires a BSN, an advanced degree preferred, a valid Illinois RN license, and a track record of strategic leadership, performance improvement, and collaboration with physicians and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree in nursing or community health education preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive nursing and patient care management experience.
• Current RN license in Illinois required.
• Certification in advanced health care administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee budgeting for nursing services.
• Direct patient care operations across Acute Care, ICU, and other services.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and team facilitation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical systems.
