Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a Director of Acute & Critical Care Nursing to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across inpatient and rehabilitation services. The role ensures high-quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship while guiding 24/7 nursing operations and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in acute/critical care leadership, a BSN, and an Illinois RN

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 5–10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in acute/critical care or hospital operations.
• Current RN license in Illinois or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for acute and critical care services.
• Oversee clinical operations, quality outcomes, and patient safety.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor, and capital planning.
