- Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the hospital environment.
- 2+ years of required experience in nursing management.
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and transparency.
- Drives results through data, strategy, and execution.
- Balances clinical excellence with operational and financial performance.
