Job summary

Lakeview Behavioral Health in Peachtree Corners, GA, seeks an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join the executive leadership team. This role partners with the CEO to drive patient care quality, nursing culture, and operational excellence across inpatient and behavioral health services.

The CNO will develop future nursing leaders, ensure regulatory readiness, and lead staffing optimization, employee engagement, and performance improvement initiatives while advancing patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA or reciprocity.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 6+ years nursing experience (10+ years preferred).
• 3+ years progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Current or prior experience as a CNO, Associate CNO, Director of Nursing, or equivalent nursing leader.
• Experience leading nursing operations within an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric facility.
• Proven ability to develop teams, improve quality outcomes, and drive employee engagement.

About Lakeview Behavioral Health

Located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, Lakeview Behavioral Health provides behavioral health and addiction treatment for adults and adolescents. The hospital offers a continuum of care that includes inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and detoxification services, with treatment addressing psychiatric, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
