Acadia Healthcare's Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy and operations on our inpatient psychiatric services. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive clinical excellence, workforce development, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligible for reciprocity.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 6+ years of nursing experience; 3+ years in progressive nursing leadership.
• Experience as CNO, Associate CNO, Director of Nursing, or equivalent nursing leader.
• Experience leading nursing operations in inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric settings.
