Job summary

Lakeview Behavioral Health, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to join the executive leadership team at its Peachtree Corners, GA hospital. Lead nursing services across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs and collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to drive clinical excellence.

You will mentor nursing leaders, shape staffing and care models, and advance patient-centered care across the hospital system. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Active RN License (GA or eligible for reciprocity).
• Master’s degree in nursing or mental health nursing strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or commensurate experience required.
• 10+ Years Preferred.
• Six years registered nursing experience required.
• Nursing leadership experience in a freestanding psychiatric hospital strongly preferred.
• Prior CNO/DON experience strongly preferred.
• Two years behavioral health experience as an RN in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.
• Three years of progressive nursing management or administrative nursing experience required.

About Lakeview Behavioral Health

Located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, Lakeview Behavioral Health provides behavioral health and addiction treatment for adults and adolescents. The hospital offers a continuum of care that includes inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and detoxification services, with treatment addressing psychiatric, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders.
