Pacific Grove Hospital in Riverside, CA is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence within a behavioral health setting. You will mentor nursing leaders, drive staffing models and budgets, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active CA RN license (or reciprocity), BSN, and 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership with 2+ years in inpatient behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California or eligible for reciprocity
• 6+ years of RN experience (10+ preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership
• 2+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience

Responsibilities

• Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state standards
• Oversee staffing models, budgets and workforce planning
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

As Chief Nursing Officer, You Will Serve As a Key Member Of The Executive Leadership Team, Accountable For Both Clinical Excellence And Operational Performance. You Will

• Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence

Salary Range

$145,000- $210,000
