Job summary
Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital in Orem, UT seeks an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy for 94 beds serving adolescents, adults, and detox/rehab populations. You will join the Leadership Team to align patient-centric nursing care with cost-effective quality across five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
You will oversee Infection Control Nursing, participate in strategic planning, and support autonomy within a large UHS network while promoting
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred; mental health/psych specialty certification preferred.
- 5–8 years in nursing administration or supervision with psychiatric nursing experience.
- Utah RN license (or eligible) and CIC certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing strategy and patient-centric care for a 94-bed facility.
- Assume Infection Control Nurse responsibilities and clinical leadership duties.
- Participate in strategic planning and governance across People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
- Collaborate with a large UHS network while supporting education and career development.
