Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital in Orem, Utah is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy for a 94-bed facility serving adolescent, adult, and detox/rehab populations. This role includes Infection Control responsibilities and participation in strategic planning to advance patient-centered care across the organization.

The position requires a Utah RN license, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and 5–8 years of nursing leadership with Psychiatric experience; a Master’s

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred; mental health/psych specialty certification also preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience in nursing administration or supervision, plus experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Advanced or thorough knowledge of psychiatric and general nursing care concepts.
• Currently licensed (or eligible to practice) as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah
• Preferred certification in Infection Prevention/Control (CIC)
• Thorough familiarity with psych pharmacy and the use of psychotropic medications.
• Record of consistently high quality of clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing strategy aligned with patient-centered care across the hospital.
• Oversee Infection Prevention/Control programs and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in hospital strategic planning to meet institutional goals.
• Coordinate with Leadership Team and corporate resources to support the nursing mission.
• Focus on five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
