LeoForce is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to provide executive leadership for nursing and related clinical operations across the hospital in Norwood, Ohio. The CNO currently oversees approximately 10 direct reports, including four Nurse Supervisors, one Nurse Manager, Infection Control, Clinical Education, Respiratory Therapy, Dialysis Management, and Wound Care.
With two day supervisors and two night supervisors, staffing follows census and patient acuity at about 1:7–8.
