• Develop nursing policies and procedures aligned with regulations.
• Manage nursing and care staff; ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate pharmacy relations and eMAR accuracy.
• Lead ISP and infection control across the community.
• Participate in IDPH surveys and plan of corrections.
