Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Bridgewater (MA) seeks an Executive Medical Director of Neurology, Clinical Development to lead clinical programs and supervise the clinical development team. This role serves as the primary medical monitor and regulator of study data across multiple diseases.

The position requires an MD, PhD preferred, 10+ years global clinical development experience, and 5+ years in Neurology management, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• MD or foreign equivalent with clinical experience; PhD is preferred.
• 10+ years global experience in clinical development across multiple phases.
• 5+ years of management experience in Neurology Clinical Development.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Gene Therapy experience preferred.
• Clinical residency training in Neurology.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulatory guidelines.
• Travel - Domestic and/or international travel required (20%).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the clinical development strategy and protocols from first-in-human to full development.
• Provide medical leadership for Neurology programs and supervise the clinical development team.
• Oversee medical monitoring, data interpretation, and regulatory communications.
• Represent the company in regulatory meetings and prepare safety and trial documents.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure quality and integrity of studies.
