Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a transformative Senior Vice President, Specialty Operations to lead national specialty pharmacy operations, including dispensing, patient onboarding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.

The role requires 15+ years in healthcare leadership, managing large multi-site operations, and delivering EBITDA growth. Strong focus on digital transformation, automation, and patient outcomes across diverse therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, or related sectors.
• Experience overseeing national, multi-site specialty pharmacy operations with 1,000+ team members.
• Proven P&L ownership with accountability for revenue, EBITDA, budgets and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year specialty operations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead all national specialty pharmacy operations, including dispensing, onboarding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement to achieve cost, quality, and throughput targets.
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives including AI, automation, analytics, and real-time dashboards.
