Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering.
- At least 10 years in related roles, with 5+ in senior management.
- Minimum 12 years process plant experience, with production, maintenance and projects.
- Proven senior operational leadership experience.
- Experience with smelting, refining methods and assay laboratory.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting capability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for safe, sustainable, and profitable processing.
- Lead the overall processing strategic plan, architecture, and operating philosophy.
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-site alignment across MET.
- Oversee safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
