The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure safe, sustainable processing operations. With at least 10 years of leadership experience and a strong background in metallurgical engineering, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster stakeholder relationships. This role requires proven financial acumen and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a related role, with five at senior management level.
• Minimum 12 years relevant process plant experience.
• Proven track record in senior operational leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for safe and profitable processing.
• Drive consistency and alignment across sites.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards.

Education
