Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Metallurgical & Process Engineering Superintendent for the CC&V Gold Mine. You will lead metallurgy, process engineering, and lab functions to support safe, reliable gold production and comply with safety and environmental standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage technical teams, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and other site departments to optimize recovery, plant performance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong metallurgical and process engineering expertise.
• Experience with QA/QC, laboratory operations, and process control systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the metallurgy team to achieve production targets and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee plant performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with operations.
• Lead capital upgrades, process changes, and plant modifications.
