Pop! Promos is seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with expertise in digital marketing, pipeline growth, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management. This role will be a Channel Partner ally, not just the Chief Marketer. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the executive management team, the CMO will oversee the Marketing and Creative Art teams and collaborate closely with the Sales team to fuel pipelines, retain customers, and amplify brand equity. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and integrates customer insights into every strategy.
