ABOUT THE POSITION :

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you are responsible for overseeing all creative content that drives the company's growth and footprint within the luxury furniture industry. This role requires an exceptional leader who can leverage their extensive background to manage a marketing team and determine the overall marketing vision for the company. The CMO must ensure the Cantoni brand remains relevant and enduring as the company expands into new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Team Management: Manage and oversee the marketing department, ensuring team goals align with organizational metrics.
• Web Team Management: Oversee digital spend with third-party agencies.
• Performance Metrics Measurement: Track and analyze marketing campaigns, deliver reports to senior leadership, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Brand Engagement and Recognition: Develop initiatives that highlight Cantoni's unique sales model and shape the brand identity emphasizing craftsmanship, quality, and luxury.
• Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans and promotional campaigns across all locations.
• Production Supervision: Oversee all print production, video content, and special projects related to client home projects.
• Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events throughout the year at all locations.
• Content Development: Create a content calendar for social media and other marketing channels.
• Market Trends & Innovation: Implement new marketing technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Additional Responsibilities: Supervise internal newsletter, blog, database management, eblast scheduling, social media, co-op/vendor programs, POS, collateral, website, PR, reputation management, and customer outreach.
