Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership in B2C marketing, preferably in gaming/hospitality.
• Seven years of management experience leading marketing teams.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns and brand development.
• Experience overseeing marketing budgets and agency partnerships.
• Experience in tribal gaming or highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead integrated marketing and brand initiatives to drive visitation and revenue.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and guest communications.
• Evaluate market trends and guest insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Partner with property leaders to align marketing with operational priorities.
• Oversee advertising, digital, media strategy, and vendor relationships.
• Lead loyalty and sponsorship marketing to expand brand exposure.
• Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
