Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, or related field is required.
• Five (5) years of operational experience in gaming preferred, demonstrating extensive knowledge in Branding, Advertising, Promotions, Player Development, and Graphic Content Management.
• Three (3) years of management experience required, or directorial marketing level experience with SOP development, budget monitoring, and staff supervision.
• Experience as a Director of Casino Marketing preferred, in casinos with 800+ gaming machines.
• Compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulatory guidelines; ability to obtain Mohican Nation Gaming License; background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance to maximize ROI on marketing funds.
• Be part of Executive Management Team to execute organizational initiatives.
• Develop marketing plans and annual budgets.
• Set marketing goals aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Branding, Advertising, Promotions, Player Development, and Graphics/Media; manage related programs and events.
• Address audit findings; develop annual strategic plan and budget forecast.
• Evaluate promotions and events; conduct market research for customer segmentation.
