Job summary

Institutional Shareholder Services is seeking a Managing Director, Global Head of Market Intelligence, to lead growth and strategic evolution of ISS Market Intelligence from its New York City base. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on expanding market position, product innovation, and scalable operations.

The Head will be deeply versed in the U.S. market intelligence sector, oversee Discovery Data, U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience with increasing business, commercial, and P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading a sizeable global business, business unit, or product portfolio.
• Experience in financial information services, data and analytics, SaaS, research, capital markets, fintech, or adjacent information businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial performance of the Market Intelligence business, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies for sustainable growth.
• Drive performance management via financial, operational, commercial, and customer metrics.
• Prioritize investments and allocate resources to high-value growth opportunities.
• Ensure governance, risk management and operational execution across the business.
• Partner with technology, data operations, governance, sustainability, and indexes teams to create value.
