I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions in Alexandria, VA seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across facilities, drive continuous improvement, and maintain food safety standards. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee production, maintenance, quality, distribution, and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, adherence to GMPs, and ongoing optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing or plant ops, with sous vide production
• At least 5 years of production management experience
• Experience with GMPs and food safety in food manufacturing
• Proven track record in plant leadership and mentoring
• Strong organizational, quality, safety, and environmental management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual abilities preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure controls, procedures, reporting, and workforce management
• Drive operational excellence and achieve facility goals
• Collaborate with COO to implement strategies, goals and processes
• Develop and enforce policies to improve efficiency
• Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
• Oversee buildings, equipment maintenance, and inventory
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction
• Ensure processes meet standards, quality requirements and financial objectives
• Promote cross-department collaboration to improve teamwork
• Coordinate manufacturing, production control, and maintenance functions
• Support quality assurance and food safety systems
• Respond to customer requirements and delivery schedules
• Align department objectives with short- and long-term plans
• Maintain knowledge of integrated manufacturing ERP systems
• Participate in strategic planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned
