Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader for Monterey Embassy Suites in Seaside, CA. You will oversee an engineering team, ensure safety and service standards, and drive capital projects and preventive maintenance to enhance guest experience.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Lead, train, and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety, service, and standards at the core.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems—basically, be the hotel’s MVP when things go sideways.
• Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgets—yes, you’ll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
• Champion our loss prevention and safety programs—because protecting people and property is priority one.
• Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
