Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks an experienced Engineering Leader for Madison Marriott in Middleton, WI. You will guide an engineering team to maintain safety, service, and standards, and you’ll handle budgeting and inventory to support daily operations.

You will manage capital projects, coordinate with leadership for renovations, and ensure preventive maintenance aligns with guest experiences. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering with hands-on fixes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach a team.
• Budget and P&L experience for R&M and labor.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance.
• Tech-savvy with CMMS and Workday experience.

• Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
