Madison Marriott in Middleton, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a hotel maintenance team. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and oversee budgeting for capital projects to elevate guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and scheduling, enforcing safety programs, and partnering with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance.

• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven ability to coach a team and drive accountability with empathy.
• Budgeting and P&L understanding for RM & labor costs.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance requirements.
• Tech-savvy with systems like CMMS and HR/payroll tools.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Compensation Range : $90,000 + bonus DOE
