Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader for our Oklahoma City property. The role focuses on leading an engineering team, ensuring safety and high service standards while managing budgets and preventive maintenance.

You will diagnose and repair critical building systems and coordinate with leadership on renovations to elevate guest experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of safety codes, with CMMS and Workday

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in engineering with hands-on expertise in building systems.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to coach a team and drive accountability.
• Budget and P&L management experience for RM and labor.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance in hospitality facilities.
• Tech-savvy with CMMS and Workday experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities
