Atrium Hospitality in Long Beach is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to oversee hotel maintenance, safety, and energy efficiency at the Long Beach Hilton. You will lead an engineering team, manage budgets, and partner with operations to elevate guest experience.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of safety codes, CMMS, and Workday. This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.
• Champion our loss prevention and safety programs—because protecting people and property is priority one.
• Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.
