Job summary

Good Culture is seeking a VP of Logistics to own and elevate operations as we scale our dairy-focused product line. You will lead customer service, order operations, inventory strategy, and the full logistics network, including warehousing, transportation, and 3PL relationships, across a cold-chain footprint.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, and operations leadership within food & beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience owning S&OP, customer service/order operations, and finished goods inventory management, ideally in cold chain/perishable/dairy.
• Track record building and scaling logistics networks (warehousing, transportation, 3PL) with cost-to-serve gains in high growth.
• Experience managing managers — building, developing, and retaining a multi-function leadership team.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence; partner with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and exec team.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen — budget, KPIs, and P&L-adjacent metrics ownership.
• Experience scaling systems, processes, and teams in fast-paced/PE-backed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer service and order operations for retail and distributor partners.
• Build and scale customer service processes and systems to keep pace with growth.
• Own finished goods inventory strategy, targets, safety stock, aging, write-off management.
• Partner with manufacturing, planning, and finance to align inventory health and cash flow.
• Own end-to-end logistics network across cold-chain footprint.
• Optimize network design to reduce cost-to-serve while protecting service levels.
• Manage 3PL and transportation provider relationships with accountability.
• Support strategic network expansion toward $1B+ scale.
• Lead the S&OP process end-to-end with demand, supply, and finance alignment.
• Establish operating rhythm, KPIs, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Build, lead, and develop a cross-functional team across CS, inventory, logistics, and S&OP.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and exec team on balancing customer needs and financial objectives.
• Represent logistics on extended leadership team for company-wide decisions.
