Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced senior executive to lead the organization’s litigation, claims, insurance, and risk management functions. The SVP will oversee a multidisciplinary team focused on professional liability and related risks, working with the Chief Legal Officer and other senior leaders to improve outcomes and reporting.

Based in Nashville, TN, the role requires a JD and in-house experience, with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Extensive in-house litigation and risk management experience.
• Experience overseeing professional liability, regulatory investigations.
• Ability to lead senior leaders and manage outside counsel.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation, claims, insurance, and risk management functions.
• Oversee senior leaders and outside counsel.
• Manage high-exposure disputes including professional liability and regulatory matters.
• Develop strategies, forecasts, and data reporting.
• Partner with CFO and executives on budgeting and forecasting.
• Set performance standards and metrics.
• Provide timely reporting to executive leadership.
