National Covenant Properties is seeking a Chief Lending Officer to lead underwriting, lending, and real estate services for Covenant churches. The role will guide loan product development, portfolio risk management, and client engagement across 11 regions.

You will mentor the lending and real estate teams, direct strategic lending initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or accounting required.
• 10+ years in banking/financial services, including management.
• Series 63 license required within 90 days of employment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.

Mansioni

• Engage with executives and Covenant entities on real estate transactions and financing.
• Develop and implement strategic lending initiatives aligned with mission.
• Lead and mentor lending and real estate services teams.
• Oversee underwriting, loan analysis, and loan portfolio risk.
• Provide guidance on loan packets and credit analysis.
• Monitor market trends and regional performance.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and internal controls teams.
• Report to President and coordinate with Board as advisor.
