Sol Systems seeks an exceptional attorney and executive leader to serve as General Counsel. This role reports to the CEO and advises the Executive Team, overseeing legal representation, internal services, and external counsel relationships.

The GC will lead and develop the in-house legal team, improve processes, and support complex M&A, corporate, and financing transactions across infrastructure, financing, construction, operation, and asset management within the company and environmental

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience at AmLaw 200 or comparable law firms or sophisticated energy companies.
• Experience advising senior business leaders and supervising legal professionals.
• Outstanding academic background and deal sheet.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the company’s legal representation and internal legal service.
• Manage external counsel relationships and fees.
• Lead and develop the company’s in-house legal team.
• Improve legal process infrastructure.
• Support complex M&A, corporate, and financing transactions.
• Manage disputes and provide capable, timely counsel.
• Support infrastructure development, financing, construction, operation, and asset management and related environmental commodities activities.
