Now Exit, a leading M&A advisory firm, seeks a General Counsel Attorney to serve as an in‑house legal advisor and strategic partner. The role leads legal risk management, transaction document reviews, and deal lifecycle guidance across the firm’s M&A activities.

The ideal candidate brings transactional sophistication, strong business judgment, and the ability to collaborate with owners, buyers, investors, and advisors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and investment banking legal work
• Strong drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
• Ability to provide practical, business‑focused legal advice

Responsabilités

• Act as primary in‑house legal advisor for the organization
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage LOIs, asset and stock purchase agreements
• Oversee employment, consulting, operating and restrictive covenants
• Advise leadership on legal/regulatory matters related to M&A
• Coordinate with investment banking and advisory teams to identify risks
• Manage relationships with outside counsel as needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
