Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including adult development.
• 10+ years leading and scaling tech-enabled learning and leadership development.
• 10+ years solving system-wide people, process, and tech challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for learning products and leadership development.
• Apply product management discipline to learning programs.
• Lead AI-enabled learning initiatives and scalable delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of strategic plans.
• Inspire team and cultivate agile, innovative culture.
