Job summary

Google's People Development team seeks a Senior Director to lead The Google School for Leaders and deliver digital and in-person learning experiences that grow Googlers, managers, and Directors.

You will be a domain expert in adult learning, learning technology (AI-enabled), and Learning Operations, shaping the learning culture, scaling programs, and driving innovation for the AI era. The role emphasizes strategic roadmap, team leadership, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including adult development.
• 10+ years leading and scaling tech-enabled learning and leadership development.
• 10+ years solving system-wide people, process, and tech challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for learning products and leadership development.
• Apply product management discipline to learning programs.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Build-Measure-Learn Feedback Loops, and the value of Minimum Viable Product, thinking big, starting small
• Business-minded, data-driven, and user-focused
• Passion for big-picture strategy with a dedication to operational aptitude
• An appetite for innovation and the potential for AI to transform business operations, drive efficiency and improve Googler experiences

This is achieved through establishing an outlook and a strategy, along with a roadmap and set of goals and milestones to track progress. You will be responsible for shaping the learning culture at Google, implementing innovative ways to scale digital and in-person learning, and reimagining development for the AI era.
