• Significant experience leading Learning and Development within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into L&D strategies and programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience designing and measuring learning impact using data and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead enterprise Learning and Development strategy aligned with ACA’s business objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on performance needs and translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead and develop the L&D team with clear priorities and standards.
• Oversee leadership development, onboarding, curriculum development, and enterprise learning initiatives.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Manage L&D operating model including resources, tech, vendors, and budget.
• Partner with HR and business on talent development and organizational effectiveness.
