• Law degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations for various locations; first-chair spokesperson preferred.
• Represent the company before the NLRB on representation issues.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on labor relations, interpret contracts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead the rollout of new labor law requirements with operations and HR leadership.
