• Supervises instructors, ensures training, and aligns with Army and district rules.
• Develops curriculum and manages annual JROTC budget.
• Maintains communication with Army and district stakeholders and promotes the program.
• Organizes events, competitions, and service-learning projects on district level.
• Plans and conducts monthly and quarterly meetings with leaders and instructors.
