Advantage Technical is hiring a Vice President, Technical Services to drive revenue and profit growth for the IT staffing practice. The role focuses on expanding market share across key IT markets and leading strategic initiatives across the country.

The ideal candidate will showcase strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and offshore partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery and fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications

• Requires strong business acumen with a focus on aligning IT practice strategies with overall business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, core domains and emerging trends.
• Ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and resolve conflicts; strong interpersonal, written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for pursuit, design and delivery of new SOW and project-based solutions nationwide.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable growth of the IT staffing practice.
• Lead client-facing sales activities, including proposals, pricing approvals and contract negotiations for new opportunities.
• Oversee offshore IT partnerships; ensure SLAs, quality and cost-effectiveness; manage vendor relationships.
• Direct operational strategies and processes to maximize performance, compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with shared services (Legal, Risk, IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) to support nationwide operations.
• Contribute to the client-facing sales lifecycle to ensure messaging is consistent and commitments are fiscally responsible.
