Job summary

Geisinger seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations to lead enterprise infrastructure, security, and IT services across clinical and business operations. • Infrastructure Operations: ensure high availability, security, performance of core services.
• Network & Telecommunications: oversee networking and cloud connectivity across facilities.
• End User Services: improve employee productivity and support experiences.
• Video Operations & Collaboration: support collaboration and telepresence capabilities.
• Service Desk & ITSM: governance, SLAs, and continuous process improvement.
• Financial & Vendor Management: manage budgets and vendor contracts.
