Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of an IT team supporting a segment of the organization.
• Works with leadership to develop IT strategy and communicates it to staff.
• Oversees projects to ensure timely completion per IT standards.
• Develops and administers the IT budget and monitors expenditures.
• Manages vendor relationships including negotiations and evaluations.
• Mentors staff and fosters a team-focused, high-performance culture.
