Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Director of Insights & Analytics for the Therapeutic Dermatology business in Boston. You will set the vision for data-driven decision making, lead enterprise forecasting, and oversee analytics talent to deliver high-impact insights for senior leadership.

You will transform complex data into actionable intelligence, embed analytics in business processes, and partner with marketing, sales, finance, IT, and external data partners to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline required; Master's or PhD strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of analytics, insights, or data science experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare; 5+ years in leadership forecasting/marketing science.
• Experience with diverse data sets (IQVIA, payer/claims, social/digital data) and strong data visualization and analytics tools (Python, R, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead short/mid-range forecasting and performance tracking with stakeholders.
• Define strategic analytics roadmap across U.S. TD business.
• Own analytics lifecycle: sourcing, processing, modeling, visualization, reporting.
• Prioritize analytics portfolio and ensure timely, high-impact delivery.
• Design advanced analytics frameworks to detect trends and drivers.
• Deliver enterprise insights to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation and data quality.
• Mentor analytics talent and build cross-functional partnerships.
