Job summary

Incyte, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director, Insights & Analytics, Sales Operations to lead reporting, analytics, and dashboards for the Dermatology portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Product Strategy, Market Access, and other stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and improve field effectiveness.

• Ability to develop and track key performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for future-state analytics capabilities to support the Dermatology sales force.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards with Sales, Product Strategy and Market Access teams.
• Design and optimize customer targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation across capabilities.
• Develop and manage national call planning strategies and territory models.
• Coordinate with BIS and partners to ensure timely reporting deliverables.
