Job summary

AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. As Head of Information Security & Systems, you will own cybersecurity across AIOS, spanning healthcare businesses, technology platforms, and pharmacy infrastructure.

You’ll define strategy, architecture, tooling, and compliance to scale securely while maintaining patient trust. The role is fully remote, with async work in any timezone, around calls in Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading cybersecurity, information security, or security engineering in a fast-growing org.
• Technical depth across identity and access management, endpoint security, cloud security, incident response.
• Builder mindset with security program roadmap, controls, tooling, and processes.
• Autonomy to operate in evolving environments with limited structure.
• Strong judgement to identify material risks and implement proportionate controls.
• Incident leadership in managing security incidents and high-severity issues.
• Ability to influence engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and operating model across all AIOS entities and geographies.
• Establish security operations, incident response, and remediation processes.
• Ensure identity, access, and endpoint security with scalable onboarding/offboarding.
• Strengthen application and infrastructure security in collaboration with engineering.
• Lead security risk assessments, audits, and policy development (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Guarantee business continuity and resilience through backups and incident plans.
• Assess and manage third-party security risks and vendor risk.
