Spring Health, a global mental health company, seeks an accomplished CISO to define and lead enterprise-wide information security, compliance, and IT strategy. You will oversee Security Operations, Application/Product Security, cloud security, and governance while enabling growth and protecting sensitive data.

The role partnerships span Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Sales, and executive leadership, with a focus on HIPAA/HITRUST, ISO 27001, and privacy by design.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in information security, cybersecurity, IT or related fields with executive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-functional security teams across Security Operations, app security, cloud security, GRC, IAM, incident response, and third-party risk.
• Hands-on HIPAA security/compliance experience in healthcare or covered entities.
• Proven ability to communicate risk to C-suite and Board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive enterprise security, compliance, technology risk, and IT strategy.
• Lead Security Operations, App/Product Security, cloud security, GRC, IAM, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Sales, and executives to align security with business needs.
• Oversee incident response, regulatory readiness, and enterprise resilience programs.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and security investments while measuring program maturity.
