Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and advance enterprise-wide information security, risk, compliance, and IT strategy. The leader will oversee Security Operations, Application/Product Security, cloud security, and compliance across HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Information Security, cybersecurity, IT, technology risk, or related disciplines.
• Experience in executive security leadership roles and multi-functional security organizations.
• Deep working knowledge of HIPAA and security/compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise-wide information security, compliance, and IT strategy.
• Lead Security Operations, Application/Product Security, cloud security, and GRC teams.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Sales to enable business with security.
