We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT department. The CIO will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy, with a strong focus on infrastructure, business systems, data management, and other IT-related functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving technological innovation in the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement a robust IT strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances our healthcare services, focusing on infrastructure, business systems, and data management.
• Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of a reliable and scalable IT infrastructure that supports the company's operations and growth.
• Business Systems Management: Ensure the effective management and optimization of business systems, including electronic health records (EHR), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other critical applications.
• Data Management: Lead efforts to improve data governance, security, and analytics capabilities to support informed decision-making and enhance patient care.
• IT Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless integration across the organization.
• Risk and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard sensitive patient information.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strategic investments in technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare services.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare IT systems, infrastructure management, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
